Development vision of Ādaži municipality for years 2015 -2020 sees county as well maintained, safe and healthy place of living for educated society with energy efficient housing. To achieve the goal to rise energy efficiency in apartment buildings – Ādaži county is involved in project “Accelerate SUNShINE”. This project will allow citizens to receive grants for comprehensive renewal of their apartment buildings. This will create attractive and aesthetic houses that will be maintained by ESCO with 20 year warranty.
