During project execution phase municipalities often lack capacity and co-financing. Also in public procurements often the cheapest proposal wins which then faces quality problems. We encourage municipalities for qualitative renewal. Read more here
Apartment buildings
Every apartment building is located in a municipalities’ territory. Although owners of flats are responsible about renovation of building itself, municipality also plays large role here. These four municipalities are first ones that in scope of this project will support their inhabitants’ wish to renew their apartment buildings.
